I am bringing my friend Carrie Olsen onto the show to talk about her very unique career she has created for herself as a voiceover actress.
Fun Fact: When I met Carrie she was traveling across the United States with her husband and newborn in a motorhome and made a pit stop in Phoenix. At that time she had turned the RV shower into a recording booth and she was working as a voiceover actress on the road!
Carrie has worked extremely hard to get to where she is today, but she also believes anyone can become a voiceover actor...especially with the lack of voiceover actors and the demand of voiceover in anything from commercials you hear on Pandora to the voice of the automated checkout cashier at the grocery store.
Here are some of the things Carrie and I discuss in this episode:

The founder and CEO of Lenda comes on the show to share how his company is fixing the broken mortgage system.
If you have gone through the process of getting a loan or going through a re-fi, you know first-hand the process is absolutely ridiculous, takes way too long, and is about as confusing as possible.
The truth is: it’s designed this way. The less you understand, the more you will pay.
Jason comes on the show and explains how he started off inside the mortgage industry and quickly realized how great it was for the banks and lenders, and how horrible it was for us - the consumer.
Over the past five years, Jason has continued to improve and change the way homeowners are going through the most expensive financial decisions of their lives - the mortgage process.

Over 70% of students will leave college with over $32,000 in student loan debt.
This means roughly one in seven people you know in the United States has a student loan and the total student loan debt is now over $44 million as a country.
This sucks.
But what if there was someone out there promising you can attend a good school, get your degree, and walk away without a penny in student loan debt?
Meet Jordan Hall.
Jordan is my guest on the show today to explain just how to do it. Jordan is a lawyer who defied the odds and graduated debt free while most people in his profession will leave with more than $140k in student loans.
Here are just a few things Jordan and I talk about in this episode:

Jordan Goodman is a rockstar. You may have heard of him as America’s Money Answers Man and seen him as a regular CNN, Fox Business and radio segments across the country.
Jordan is referred to as the answers man because of his expertise on all things money, but I wanted him to come on the show for one reason and one reason only: The Equity Optimization Strategy
Jordan walks us through step-by-step how to pay down your 30-year mortgage in as little as 5-7 years using a HELOC.
Now, I am sure you’re waving red flags, and you definitely should be. I was too.
Therefore, I made sure Jordan broke it down step-by-step and I even had to ask him to explain it three different ways so we can all fully understand this strategy.
